Fixel was developed out of a simple need – running campaigns more efficiently while still beating our KPIs.
As Fixel continues to grow its client base, we need more hands on deck to help us maintain our level of service while constantly onboarding new sites.
The role will span several responsibilities including:
- Customer success – assisting new clients with their onboarding and first campaigns.
- Social media management – Staying on top over our social media activity and identifying opportunities for growth
- Community management – Building from scratch the Fixel community (User Forum and FB Group)
- Marketing Operations – Working on our CRM (data integrity etc.)
- Fluent English (written and oral)
- Hands on experience in campaign management
- Social media savvy – fluent in all major platforms
- Tech savvy – we’re a SaaS company that has to be ahead of the curve
Nice to have:
- Writing experience
